UCCS Balinese Gamelan Gong Kebyar "GITA ASIH" will perform a Traditional Balinese Music and Dance on Sunday, November 15 at 7:30 PM at Upper Lodge.
The Program:
1. Tabuh Telu Kembang Kuning, a traditional instrumental piece from Gamelan Gong Gede repertory
2. Puspawresti Dance, a female welcome dance by Ni Ketut Marni and Luh Made Dwim Wahyuni.
3. Bapang Selisir, a traditional intrumental piece from Gamelan Pegambuhan Repertory
4. Baris Dance, a male warrior dance by I Made Tangkas Ade Wijaya
5. Suling, a bamboo flute piece by I made Lasmawan
6. Joged, a female social dance by Ni Ketut Marni and Luh Made Dwi Wahyuni. |
